1 Definitions & Interpretations
The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have specific meanings:
- "Platform" refers to the 7tbet website, application, and all related services.
- "User" or "You" refers to any individual who is registered on 7tbet or attempting to register.
- "Account" refers to the user's personal profile and funds management portal.
- "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, slots, and other entertainment products.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional money provided by 7tbet, which is withdrawable subject to meeting specific conditions.
- "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the user themselves.
- "Wagering" refers to the specific amount that must be bet before a bonus can be withdrawn.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on 7tbet and use its services, the user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. 7tbet reserves the right to verify the date of birth provided at registration. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account
Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same individual, family, or household is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and bonus funds will be cancelled.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
At the time of registration, users must provide completely accurate and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account. It is the user's responsibility to notify our support team immediately if any information changes.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing your account with a third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the 7tbet support team immediately.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
7tbet currently supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank can be used.
3.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Deposit or withdrawal requests below these amounts cannot be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 (one) hour. However, in some cases there may be a slight delay due to additional verification processes. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure security, 7tbet may request identity verification from a user at any time. If the required documents (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) are not provided promptly, the withdrawal may be put on hold.
3.5 Withdrawal via the Same Method
In accordance with our security and anti-money laundering policy, withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for the deposit. If you need to withdraw via a different method, please contact the support team in advance.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
7tbet offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 10 (ten) times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- All games can be played using bonus funds, however some games may contribute partially or not at all toward wagering calculations.
- The welcome bonus is applicable only once per account.
- Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus funds being cancelled.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- The specific terms applicable to other promotional offers will be stated in the respective offer details.
4.4 Bonus Modification & Cancellation
7tbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Unused bonuses will be automatically removed once a promotional offer expires.
5 Gaming Rules & Responsibilities
5.1 Fair Play Policy
7tbet is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every outcome completely random and unbiased. Results are not predetermined and are not influenced by any external factor.
5.2 Technical Issues
If the outcome of a game is incomplete due to a server error, disconnection, or other technical reason, 7tbet reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount. If an unexpected win is declared due to a technical issue, 7tbet is not obligated to honour that win.
5.3 Sports Betting
For sports betting, markets cannot be changed after a bet has been accepted. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 7tbet's rules. If evidence of fraud or match-fixing is found, the related bets will be voided.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7tbet platform and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Providing a false identity, age, or contact information.
- Abusing the bonus system (bonus arbitrage, collusion, etc.).
- Playing games using software bots or automated tools.
- Attempting to breach platform security through hacking, phishing, or any other method.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
- Sending obscene, abusive, or harassing messages on the platform.
- Placing bets on behalf of a third party or using their funds.
7 Account Closure & Suspension
7.1 7tbet's Rights
7tbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice. This action may be taken in particular due to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or legal obligations.
7.2 Closure at the User's Own Initiative
If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may contact the support team. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed. Self-exclusion requests as part of responsible gaming are also accepted.
7.3 Inactive Accounts
For accounts that have been inactive for a long period (12 months or more), 7tbet may impose a maintenance fee or archive the account. In such cases, an advance notice will be attempted to be given to the user.
8 Privacy & Data Protection
7tbet gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps your information secure from third parties. 10 Limitation of Liability

- Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
- Losses arising from the user keeping their account information insecure.
- Financial losses resulting from gaming — the risk of playing is entirely the user's own.
In any circumstance, 7tbet's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction for the specific user.
11 Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content on the 7tbet platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of 7tbet. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
For game content, the intellectual property laws of the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.) apply.
12 Dispute Resolution
12.1 Initial Steps
For any dispute or complaint, first contact the 7tbet support team. Submit your complaint via live chat available 24/7 or by emailing [email protected]. Our team will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
12.2 Formal Complaint
If the matter is not resolved through the support team, submit a written complaint. After receiving the complaint, 7tbet will investigate within a specified timeframe and provide a written response. The relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended while the investigation is ongoing.
12.3 Final Decision
In disputes regarding game outcomes, server logs and game records will be considered as final evidence. After technical verification, 7tbet's decision will be considered final and binding.
13 Changes to Terms
7tbet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via their account or through an announcement on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

14 General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions and our privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between the user and 7tbet.
- Severability: If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
- No Waiver: If 7tbet does not exercise any of its rights in a particular situation, the right to exercise those rights in the future remains intact.
- Language: The original version of these terms and conditions is written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the Bengali version, the Bengali version will prevail.
